My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, though some cleanliness issues were present. The service provided by the staff was friendly and respectful, making me feel welcome during my stay. The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to local areas, but there were some noise disturbances due to events at the nearby convention center.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept, making me wish I had stayed longer. The service was extremely friendly, especially Tako, who made amazing drinks. The location was perfect for visiting the convention center and experiencing Hot Springs Park. However, the dining options were average, lacking variety and quality.
